Update
All systems have returned to normal, but we are continuing to monitor. One of the instances in our Pro/Site server fleet was creating far too many database connections, blocking connections for others. We have now applied a maximum number of connections per server to prevent this from reoccurring.

Update
We are still investigating the root cause of this issue. Errors are still happening intermittently. Note that live apps are unaffected, although updates for live apps running on a Pugpig Pro CMS may be slower than normal.
